Health of your Chakras- Forgiveness and Compassion

Let your chakras be healed!!
Let your chakras be healed!!
“How can my Chakras be healed?”
A question frequently asked by practitioners. So much has been written and known about the chakras that as soon as a person enters into Sadhana, thinks of healing, activating and cleansing of chakras. There are lot many practices surrounding the same, various meditations, various breathing techniques and various color therapies. I do not say  this all do not work, certainly they do. But I cannot help thinking did Gautam Buddha, Mahavira, Swami Rama, Ramana Maharishi and many more who had experienced enlightenment and Kundalini Jangran, had gone through these processes.
Well, even I am not sure of the reality. But there something very basic which we may be missing. And that is just so simple yet so tough that we tend to ignore the biggest facts of Chakra healing.
While looking at the teachings and life’s of all the Great Masters, I find my answer. The two attributes of which I am sure all the spiritual awakened Masters attained was of Forgiveness and Compassion.
The two qualities that start removing the blocks and cleansing the whole system, the moment you accept them completely without any if’s or but’s.
Once a person came to Gautam Buddha for Deeksha. Buddha asked him “Can you accept all the world and every person as they are? The person said “Yes” on which Buddha said “Think again may be you have left someone out” The person replies”Yes there is this one nasty man in my neighbour, I just cannot accept him, other then that I have no problem with anyone. That one person cannot cause problem in my Deeksha I am sure” Buddha says “Leave the whole world you just need to accept that one person, and when you are ready, I will give you Deeksha”
Forgiveness and Compassion has to be extended to every person without any strings attached. Without having a slightest of doubt. Many people say this, that I have forgiven everyone in my life. But still they are not able to free their hearts from bitterness. It takes great learning and understanding to realize ALL people and circumstances are worthy of forgiveness. Miraculously Universe keeps on giving circumstances for you to learn these two main rules of it. A negative emotion will just keep visiting you till you have truly felt, accepted, forgiven and released. The more we suppress our negative emotions, the more ways they find out to meet us yet again on our path to freedom. We will never be able to grow without addressing them.  Just after forgiveness, comes the next step of compassion.
Every person has a journey, and most of the times we are unaware of the unhealed, broken parts of the other. How can an unhealed broken person behave, how frustrated he can be or how much anger has he been harboring within him. We make our own story around the behavior of the other. Having compassion means to forgive and then accept him, for as he is. Either you accept or not, you will be the only person experiencing it all. It is your call to experience negative or positive.
The whole energy system of your responds to your decision. If you hold the grudge, the energies will stop moving, cleansing and get stagnated affecting the health of your chakras. If you decide to let go, forgive and fill your heart with a free flow of love and compassion, your energies start to flow cleanse and there by activating your chakras.
You are the decision maker. Do you want your chakras to be healed?

The divine guide

Past few weeks had been really hectic for me. Being a lecturer in a college that is working for six days a week, only Sunday is the day when I can think of relaxing. From Monday I was waiting for Sunday to arrive so that I could sleep till late hours and than again spend the whole day sleeping. So what did I do today when the long awaited Sunday arrived. Yes I got a bit late in getting up. Got ready soon, had breakfast and than was sitting in sun reading today's newspaper. I felt the heat of sun on my just washed hair. As I raised my head and looked at the blank wall, I could feel and see the pranic energy( energy molecules in the air) it was such a beautiful sight. My mind got totally thoughtless and suddenly few insights came to my mind. They were the answers to the dilemma I was in since many days. Divine had showed me light!!! HE guides in so many ways. No I could not sleep and miss the beauty of the day. I kept sitting and saw the journey of sun and feeling the blessings. Have faith and divine will always show you the right path.

Expressing anger!

"Control your anger" my aunt shouted on my cousin. My cousin was really furious and started banging the door. I recalled this episode while talking to a Psychoanalyst. "Do we need to release the anger or control it?" I inquired. He suggested to release the emotion.
It is nice to get the advice of releasing the emotion, but is it right to release it in any way. Anger is such a negative forceful emotion, it maker the person who is angry totally blind to the after effects. When a person is angry,he shouts, abuses and tries to give pain to the person concerned, who at first place had triggered the emotion in him. After the anger is gone, the person will apologize and say he was angry so dint not know what he was saying and doing. Everything has got normal and good, but what about the person who was abused and blamed. It is so difficult for the other to come back in normal state.
Now if we talk about a scenario, where both the concerned people are short tempered, which is more common, than both will blame and abuse each other. What battle scares will it leave.
So releasing the emotion and expressing the emotion, how can it be done in a better way. With this one more question arises, why is it easy to express negative emotions than positive ones.
What could we do better, than shouting and blaming when we are angry, may give us a insight in expressing the emotions in a better way. Generally it is seen that a person who expresses his anger in the highest possible state, feels sorry, after the volcano is released and lava is cooled down. The best way to express the anger, is to get aware. To catch the minute moment, between feeling and reacting. That minute moment is so very important, if you are walking on the path of evolution "Growing internally" Expressing anger in a insane form, that release toxins in the your body and forms knots in a relationship, is certainly not going to lead you to a point, when you may stop expressing, just because you have done enough. So if some one has pumped you saying that it is good that you express yourself, he does not want you to grow, and may not know what does a bad anger really do. I feel writing is a really good technique. When angry, take a pen and paper and start writing. You many not get proper straight thoughts and writing, try your best not to converse at that time with anyone else. Remember it is your emotion, express it in your privacy, you can anytime convey your feelings in a better way. The best way to express your emotion is to write it or go to a isolated place and shout hard. After just a few sessions you will understand the futility of anger, when you will be doing it alone and other is not present to fuel it. Give it a try! I will love to know if you have better and evolving methods of expressing emotions.
